1) We believe in conviction. You must polarize with your brand / platform. A point of view is required. I don't mean rage-bait. I don't mean talk politics. I mean be so clearly what you are (as a brand or founder) that people say "Hell yes this is for me." OR "Hell no, this isn't for me."
Neutrality is where dreams go to die.

Not because we don't enjoy virality (many of our clients have gone viral multiple times - we love it!), but because we always put intention and long-term vision first.
