This is by far the most extensive way that I work with clients. An ecosystem is the summation of all the marketing + community-oriented activities that make your brand, business or platform expand and excel. Ecosystems are unique to the individual and require a bespoke approach. There is NO one-size fits all. (and any agency who plug and plays you in is doing you a disservice.)

Often, when I join a client, we find that their ecosystem is not only lacking strategy but is not being coordinated between all of the activities they’re executing. This is a problem because all of the action you’re taking should be working in harmony and viewed through an analytic lens.

I work with each client on an individual level to address what they’ve built (or hope to build), determine the opportunities and SPECIFIC to them strategies and assist in the execution of our collaborative direction.
