The Social Ecosystem Audit

I know audit isn’t the sexiest word but I’m a HUGE advocate for making the decisions. We leave in the age of data, it’s all there. We just have to assemble, decode and apply a strategic lens. Through an audit we answer questions like:

  • How is your brand being perceived?

  • Why isn’t your content performing?

  • How could your creator community mobilize more effectively? (Or how could you start one organically?)

  • How could you unlock more monetization opportunities?

  • What content actually moves the needle for you?

  • What do you say your brand stands for but never communicate?

PHASE #1:
6-MONTH DATA DUMP

My team and I dig into (up to 3) of your social channels and build a clear data deck informed by our outlier ethos for high and low performance.

This gives us undeniable clarity on:

  • What performs for you

  • What can perform in the current algorithm

  • Where the holes in your hook & CTA strategies are

  • How your brand is being perceived

  • Outlying data (topics, times you posted and formats that work - and don’t.)

You receive: A Data Deck Spreadsheet with all of the numbers for clarity and reference.

PHASE #2:
REPORTING & VISION CHAT

We sit down and discuss our findings and have a very candid conversation about where you are and where you want to go.

You’re going to walk away with some actionable feedback out the gate here but our priority is to gain a clear understanding of where you want to be so that when we move into stage #3, the recommendations are as bespoke and specific as possible.

PHASE #3:
RECOMMENDATIONS

Post vision-chat, I’ll take your primary goals, long-term vision and the data we’ve gathered and pair it with my decade long experience in building social ecosystems to provide you with clear, specific -to-you recommendations and guidance.
